For my Ph.D. thesis I'm currently working on the High Energy Physics Experiment named BaBar, located at SLAC - USA.
In particular my thesis is focused on the reconstruction of hadronic decays of charmonium states, where the charmonium is produces in the charged B mesons decays. The measurement of the branching fraction of the decay B->chic0 K was reported last year; studies for the search for hc and etac(2S) states are going on at present.
I have also been responsible of the computation and monitoring of the efficiencies of the BaBar RPCs for muons and neutral hadrons detection. Last year I spent six months at SLAC as deputy run coordinator of the experiment.

My Ph.D. thesis is related to the CMS experiment at LHC.
I have study its physics potential to discover excited gravitond predicted by theories involving extra spatial dimensions, especially in Randall-Sundrum models.
I have generated this kind of gravitons with Pythia and I have studied their decays into leptons using fast detector simulation. Currently I repeat the analysis with detailed CMS Monte Carlo.
