- A car will leave the Airport around 12:30.
People landing before or around 12:00 have been informed by email, and they will be welcomed at the arrival gate
- those arriving between 17:00 and 18:45 and those already in Mexico City:
A bus will be waiting at Gate 8.
- late arrivals:
A van will be waiting for late arrivals.
The latest scheduled arrivals are related to a landing scheduled at 20:50

Location of the School
(a) The place and the climate
The Hotel San Miguel Regla is located in the San Miguel Regla town in the State of Hidalgo. It is located 93 miles NE from Mexico City and 30 miles NE from Pachuca City.

The average temperature in June is around 25 degres Celsius.
(b) Accommodation
Students participating in the School will be sharing twin rooms in the hotel. Participants are asked to note that family members or friends must not accompany them.
(c) Meals
From dinner on Sunday, June 1st, to breakfast on Saturday June 14th (inclusive) meals will be provided either in the Hotel (or elsewhere during the excursions). On Friday June 13th there will be a farewell Banquet in place of the usual dinner.
Travel
The main major international airport for travel to the School is in Mexico City. There will transportation from the airport to the Hotel but if you have a brave soul, :
there is a bus every half hour from the Airport in Mexico City to the main bus terminal in Pachuca. This bus leaves from exit D (door 8, if you have trouble locating them, ask for help at an information desk on the main concourse). There are also regular bus services from the bus terminal "del Norte" to Pachuca.
From Pachuca you continue from the local bus terminal by bus to San Miguel Regla. You can also made this last bit by taxi.

Mexico (airport) to Pachuca 8 USD, 1:30, every hour from 7AM - 10PM
Mexico (del Norte) to Pachuca 6 USD, 1:20, every half hour 4AM - 12PM
Pachuca to San Miguel (bus) 2 USD, 0:40, every half hour 7AM - 9PM
Pachuca to San Miguel (taxi) 6 USD, 0:20, anytime
Going by car:
From Mexico City or Airport, take the highway Mexico-Pachuca, pass Pachuca City and Atotonilco City road junction, continue on the same highway until you reach Huasca town, at about 3 miles ahead you will find the San Miguel Regla town and the Hotel.
Poster Session
Students are invited to display, a short description of the experiment on which they are working and some recent results. They should bring with them graphs, pictures and other suitable material for display on pin boards. The evening of June 5th will be devoted to their presentation during an informal session when refreshments will be provided.
Library
A small library will be available, containing relevant textbooks, conference
proceedings, proceedings of earlier Schools and of other schools of physics.
Visa
Participants needing a Mexican visa should contact the Local Organizing Committee (address and email below) to request a special letter of invitation. This letter should be presented when applying for a visa at the appropriate Mexican Embassy or Consulate.
Internet and Email
During the School there will be a limited internet access outside lecture hours. It will not be possible to have individual email accounts. If you expect problems connecting to your institute a possible solution would be for you to arrange, prior to the School, a private email address at, for example, 'hotmail.com'. If you bring your laptop, wireless access would be provided, however you also have to bring your wireless card.
Social Programme and Leisure Facilities
During the School several events will be organized, including:
Wednesday June 4th
A Medivial style dinner with "Callejoneada" and fireworks
Saturday June 7th
Full day Excursion to The Ancient Teotihuacan, a renewed-Hacienda part of the Hotel, Real del Monte.
Tuesday June 10th
Mexican Dinner with mariachi.
Wednesday June 11th
Excursion : walking to the Pena del Aire
Friday June 13th
Farewell Banquet.
Participants are recommended to bring appropriate sun protection (e.g. sunglasses, sun cream, sun hats). The sun can be very strong, especially for the full day excursion on Saturday June 7th.
Other leisure activities includes:
swimming, boating and fishing in the Hotel.
Hiking excursions can be organized (at cost) for those interested. Further information and prices will be given at the school.
Organization
Professor Alberto Sanchez-Hernandez will be the Local Director of the School assisted by the other members of the Local Organizing Committee.
